Brief
Build the unified system that meets every new Toyota and Lexus owner across email, direct mail, and the Connected Technologies brand family.
Work
I led design across the whole Owner Experience system — the email templates shipping with every Toyota and Lexus purchase, plus the branding and iconography for Safety Connect, Service Connect, CarPlay, Alexa, and the rest of the Connected Technologies family.
Outcome
A living, evolving brand system that introduces hundreds of thousands of new owners to their cars every year.
