Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ
Independent · Designer, Brand Identity

Brief
A from-scratch brand identity for a restaurant sitting at the intersection of two California traditions: pit-smoked barbecue and small-lot wine hospitality.
Work
The mark resolves the brief in a single image: a wine glass cradling a flame, readable as either at a glance. The wordmark sits in a confident all-caps display face that holds from a beer-can etching to a wall mural. Deep burgundy, amber, and black — half-BBQ, half-wine country, all one identity. From there it stretched across glassware, branded cans, signage, staff apparel, packaging, umbrellas, and the patio environment.
Outcome
Has been the restaurant's active brand since launch. Built without an agency or a team — every asset that shipped came from one designer. The flame-in-glass mark has become the visual shorthand customers and staff use for the place.
